Practicles looping spamming + hit sounds after bedrock player dies

Describe the bug

When I die, The player would spam effects

To Reproduce

1. Have 1.21.8 folia server
2. Viaversion installed and geysemrc
3. Then try to kill your self and you'll see that bug.

Expected behaviour

Not practicles or spam it alot
