Unable to turn the pages of books in lecterns

Describe the bug

In player's hand, any book & quill or signed book works fine: you can advance pages, close it, everything works. However, when you put a book & quill or signed book in a lectern, you can read only the first two pages, since when you try to continue, it stops and closes the lectern screen. Clicking again quickly open & close the lectern UI.

Also, you're not able to remove the book from the lectern: the only way to do it is breaking the said lectern.

To Reproduce

1. Get a Book & Quill or Signed Book with 3 or more pages
2. Put it into a lectern
3. Try to read it, turning to page 3
4. See the bug

Expected behaviour

Being able to read the entire book as usual.
