/rotate command has errors on Bedrock Edition players.
Describe the bug
When running the /rotate command, Bedrock Edition players cannot face the specified position correctly.
To Reproduce
- Fill in the command block with
/rotate Ciallo_yzc facing entity INTK_and set it to run on a loop. - Let the player being watched move around freely.
Expected behaviour
Face the specified position correctly.

One more issue: when facing specific coordinates, the rotate command for players in the Bedrock Edition seems to originate from the player's head.However, in the Java Edition, it originates from the player's feet.As a result, a command that is supposed to make the player face straight ahead ends up causing the player to be in a "looking down" state in the Bedrock Edition
