Geyser - Anvil Works different on Java/Bedrock

Describe the bug

We can hide and bypass Required Experience field in Anvil GUI in java version of minecraft, but on Bedrock (using Floodgate) you cannot bypass the field and it's always showing in anvil gui, making action of handling anvils broken.

To Reproduce

Needs a plugin for java version to bypass the required experience field and should handle numbers on that input field. it's fix on java version but geyser doesn't allow this bypass to have custom anvil formatting

Expected behaviour

Geyser should allow this action to java and bedrock have the same behaviors
