When I'm trying, to place boat on ice block, it's just ignoring my action. 🥺🧊

Just simply try to place boat, on a ice block. ⛵🧊
Expected behaviour
Boat suppose to be placed on ice block, instead of not being placed on ice. 🧊

Unable to reproduce. Please make sure this isn't caused by a different plugin that you have installed. Further, please fully fill out the issue report - a geyser dump would be helpful.
