Upgrading of Bows in Anvils is broken

Describe the bug

When repairing 2 broken enchanted bows in the anvil, one way is that it is too expensive in terms of XP

To Reproduce

enchant 2 broken bows with enchantments on them

Expected behaviour

being able to upgrade / fix bows

The XP is client sided on bedrock, I unfortunately don't think Geyser can fix this
