Bedrock players can join fabric servers with client sided mods.

Describe the bug

Bedrock players are able to connect to servers with client mods added to them.

To Reproduce

  1. Add a client sided mod.to the mods folder. (i tested with deeperdarker, and a few others) *Hydraulic was not added to the server

  2. Start the server

  3. Join the server on bedrock.

  4. Gives no join error, and you're able to join the server through bedrock.

Expected behaviour

Can't join through bedrock

This shouldn't occur anymore as the fabric server is now checking for the presence of mod registries - closing as done
