Cant Pick Up Water Source (Bedrock)

Describe the bug

On bedrock when trying to pick up water it doesent pick up and places itself back

To Reproduce

(On Bedrock)

1. Go to the END
2. Go to Y=1
3. Place water
4. Water should get picked up and then palced back down

Expected behaviour

Water gets picked up on block you tapped on your screen
