Geysers are heavily packed
Describe the bug
The geyser on my server sometimes automatically runs all over the machine network upstream,Heavy load will automatically resume,I suspect someone is attacking my server.,Later found out that something was wrong.,Maybe it's a geyser problem.,Tried a lot of methods but it didn't work.The geyser is not caused by a large number of players, and when the geyser has a large number of upstreams, all Bedrock Edition players have already been disconnected.
To Reproduce
It happens automatically multiple times a day, and each time it happens, you have to restart the server or reload the geyser to have an effect
Expected behaviour
You don't have to let the geyser send a large number of packets all the time.

Additional Context
It started happening a few days ago, and I asked the service provider to change the IP and it still didn't work.
With how many players online does this occur?
It doesn't seem to have much to do with the number of players.,Sometimes it's about 4 people who start to happen.,Sometimes it's about 10 people who start to send.,After it happens, players start to get stuck.,Later, the Bedrock Edition players start to drop all the wires.,Java Edition just the latency becomes higher.,Not affected.
