NPc's from citizens dissapearing once you get away from them.
Describe the bug
i dunno if this is a confirmed bug, but just in case ill attach the video to shows the issue. basically when i create a multimple npcs with citizens plugin all of them with the same skins they dissapear once you away from them. this is happening not with all npcs just with them with the same skin (i think so).
To Reproduce
install citizens create multiple npcs and set the same skin for them. take away fomr them far once they dissapear, come back and they will be invisible now.
Expected behaviour
npcs with same skins not being invisibles once you take away from them far and then come back.

actually to provide more info this does not seem to be citizens related only, we also have our own npcs without using citizens and that behaviour appears from time to time on the server
Please provide specific replication steps, specifically:
- what client/server render & view distance does this occur on?
- how far away does one have to go (and come back) to get these invisible entities?
- does this only affect specific entities, or all of them?
- which server type/version is this on?
I've seen a couple more reports on entities going invisible, but have not been able to reproduce this .
