Bedrock player getting stuck to blocks and ladder and vines in 1.20.1and 1.20.2

Describe the bug

When any bedrock player try to climb mountain in between he will get stuck at blocks just like bamboo glich and no anti cheat is there

To Reproduce

Run into a block and sometimes You clip/glitch against blocks (Watch videos included you'll see what I mean)

Any change in file config should be great

Expected behaviour

Random glich and stop you from moving in game

Exactly same issue is happening with me since we upgraded to 1.20.1 this issue started with bedrock player.pls tell how to do it
