Spyglass bug, /offhand command.

Describe the bug

We have found a bug with the command /geyser offhand. When you do /geyser offhand on a spyglass, the spyglass is not displayed in the offhand, but in the main hand.

To Reproduce

1. Take a spyglass in the main hand
2. Make /geyser offhand
3. Take an item in the main hand.
4. Look to the main hand, the spyglass is in the item.

Expected behaviour

The spyglass in the offhand. not in the main hand.

Maybe. I will look into it.

We can fix the display for both Bedrock and Java, as well as the animation when used by Java players per the linked PR above. However, we cannot allow the spyglass to be used in the offhand by bedrock players, as that appears to be hard coded client behavior.
