Bedrock player position not accurate while in a boat

Describe the bug

discovered while making an ice -boat path, see the video below - Cactus doesn't destroy the boat while the player is in it.

To Reproduce

see the video - make a bedrock player collide with a cactus, it doesn't break the boat.

Expected behaviour

cactus should break boat and kick the player out of it
