Local linking is not working on 1.20.4

Im trying to do a local linking in my server on paper 1.20.4

i get the code and everything but when i try to use the code it throws me

No error appears in the console, just this happens

Also, sometimes floodgate doesnt use usernames prefixes, my players need to restart Minecraft bedrock
