content tools web server

as a newcomer with ContentTool I could not find anywhere answer

after tuning with http://getcontenttools.com/tutorials/saving-strategies I realized that

    /site
        /html
            index.html
            about.html
        /static
            content-tools.css
            content-tools.js
            site.js
        app.py

app.py lays on top and what web server should parse it?

I thought it could be apache2 with flask like here https://www.8host.com/blog/razvyortyvanie-prilozheniya-flask-na-servere-ubuntu/

I successed in Hello world and tried to put in flask structure app.py /html /static and failed because it lays in long path /var/www/FlaskApp/FlaskApp/app.py

What instructions I missed? Whatere to start from, what to fix, any ideas Thank you in advance
