Control wether clicking on a quoted reply should jump to the original message

Motivation With the upcoming jump to message PR, clicking quotes in replies will jump to the original source. This might be not the desired behavior, so we need a configuration to control it.

Proposed solution A configuration property that turns the behavior on/off.
