Add option to send thread replies to channel as well

Motivation Some of our SDKs have this feature as well

Proposed solution When replying to a thread a user should have the ability to send the reply to the corresponding channel as well.

Acceptance Criteria

• When typing a thread reply the user has the option to send that reply to the channel as well
• Thread replies in the channel are visually distinguished from other messages
• User has the option to open the thread + jump to the thread reply from the message list in the channel
• Thread replies that were also sent to the channel are visually distinguished from other messages

On a related topic, we are seeing a need for a "all threads" view similar to slack.

Reason: our health providers need to be able to see recent messages and ensure they have read them. We provide means for them to know they have new messages but it is difficult to point them inside a thread. We may have to default ALL threaded messages to also be sent to the channel in order to mitigate this.
