Sample app Bottom Sheet doesn't open again after closing with pan gesture

Describe the bug

After closing a bottom sheet using a pan gesture, only the background overlay appears when you try to open it again. The bottom sheet doesn't open. If you swipe up from the bottom of the screen then it opens.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Sample app
2. Swipe left on a channel and click on the delete channel button which should open confirmation bottom sheet.
3. Close it with a pan gesture (drag the modal down)
4. Try to open it again by repeating step 2. The background (blur) appears but not the bottom sheet itself.
5. Try to swipe up from the bottom of the screen. It should appear.

@prabir-vora, thanks for reaching out again. I couldn't reproduce this issue on multiple devices, and both supported OSs. This can result from recent recurring maintenance we have carried out. I'll close this issue for now.
