The ETH on Rinkeby testnet doesn't show up

Hi,

I have around 3 ETH (3 x 10e18 WEI) on Rinkeby testnet. The setup of Scatter's network was done.(No error) But after I refresh the balance, the amount is still 0. How can I do and make it sync with the testnet? Many thanks.
