FIO - Support multi-level addressing

Request to support multi-level addresses (like the XRP destination tag) when doing address lookups for FIO Send.

Many exchanges require memo fields with destination tags or other account information. FIO integrated wallets need to be able to support these extra fields during FIO Requests or when sending crypto into exchanges.
