Issue Opening Scatter v12.1.1 on Windows 7

Just upgraded to Scatter v12.1.1, but it's now showing the following error: "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file."

Any ideas as to why? Is Scatter v12.1.1 not compatible with Windows 7?

The installer just crashes out too
