Bad Password Ledger/Scatter Desktop

Is there a known issue with getting a Bad Password on Desktop wallet? I'm accessing Scatter Desktop Wallet with Ledger, but when I open Scatter Desktop app (after giving EOS access through Ledger) I put in password and I get Bad Password... I have a back up of my Json file and access to Ledger (also have a scatter.ink file saved...?). Was never given a Private key for Scatter since access was through Ledger... In the case that I have a Bad Password, is there any way to recover the wallet without loosing any of my content?

me too. same version with import and export. @12.0.0
