Publii 0.38.3 with Blank Theme

Publii 0.38.3 (build 14239) works ? because I have an error

Rendering process failed An error (1002) occurred during parsing index.hbs file.

I believe this is a bug in Publii where it looks for the theme based on the theme name, but its installed in the name of the zip file.

So you need to ensure the theme name and zip are called exactly the same thing.
