[Bug]: Publii not creating sitemap.xml

Bug description

I have created a site with Publii, and even though I have sitemap toggled on, it is not generating a sitemap.xml

Is there anything I can try/adjust to correct this? Same as this closed bug : https://github.com/GetPublii/Publii/issues/887

Tried aswell without pretty urls, but no luck

The issue is with this relative thing. Would be nice to have a check in sitmap menu ...the sitmap menu is greyed because you need to unactivate "relative"
