[Feature Request]: Tiny MCE on textarea for Post config options

Feature Description

Publii recently added the possibility of having a better text editor on tags, but the “textarea” for posts option doesn’t allow you to have a TinyMCE editor? I use textarea according to the documentation here : https://getpublii.com/dev/post-config-options/
