Deploy to own Gitlab instance broken?

Hello,

After a lot of testing on 3 different GitLab instances, only using the default url for the "official" Gitlab.com seems to be working. I have checked with the server's administrator that the urls I am using are correct and the pages are otherwise working on that server, same for the other server I have tested with. The error is:

Also the docs for Gitlab Pages still refer to the master branch even though it's changed to main.

I have double checked the urls and tried both project and profile access tokens to no avail. I have tried running from command line or checking the dev console by activating it but nothing is displayed. Should the network tab show something when clicking "Test connection"?

Hi, I think I have a similar problem. I opened an issue on the forum.

Thank you for taking this to the forum! I'd assume a fix could be rather easy or automate this in a different way.
