Story Element Reordering Needs UX Work

Currently the list of story elements in the editor are dual purpose for selecting which element to edit and also the order in which they appear.

I suggest having a 'grab' signifier in each list element so that the link can open the contents for editing and the grab (icon, grip?) can be used to reorder.
