Display BIFs

These are low-level output functions meant for debugging directly to STDIO without going through the group leader. We may not need to ever implement these.

I think we should lean on println! and friends for these, with enough wrapping to "do the right thing" when fed values of type Term, i.e. unpack the value and print it in Erlang format. The main thing missing here (which we'll need anyway) is a general Erlang term printer.
