Note:

  • Data Dictionary test - not sure why this was necessary; more precisely, not sure why it's passing in 2.x now
  • Handling of old node form display config in dkan_metastore.install
  • Deprecations, including ed0975c1ad28a66044781945f3c11f450ed0f552

Also, metastore submodules have not been ported over yet, will do in a separate PR.
