Describe the bug Vue 项目无法自动生成大纲

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: 打开vue 项目，没有自动生成大纲： 点击大纲可逐层展开，单是一旦鼠标切换焦点，大纲会立马收缩到顶层（文件层）

Expected behavior 打开vue文件自动生成大纲

无法重现（我使用vue.volar插件提供符号，vscode 1.70.2） Peek 2022-08-21 08-08 你安装了什么(相关的)扩展？outline-map扩展设置？以及发生问题的文件？ 另外 尝试重启vscode

我通过对照测试，发现outline map在处理vue（vue3）文件时会和插件“TypeScript Vue Plugin (Volar)”冲突。 image

我之前意识到当有两个提供符号的源时这个插件会混合显示两种大纲 ( issue #5 )

但我从vscode的api返回的符号中无法分辨某个符号的来源

所以我目前无法过滤或分离两种符号

（但vscode内置的大纲是分开的，可能是我调用的方式有误？）
