Add Confirmaton Dialog for Batch Operations

The operations "Create identicons" and "Remove identicons" are serious enough to have confirmation dialogs after you tap them. I remember back in the day I taped on these by accident and screwed up a customization I was playing with. I was intentionally leaving some contacts without identicons because a messenger was not displaying the internal icon if there was one in the contacts and I wanted to see the personal icons of some people.

Also, on slower phones, these operations can take some time. A mistake click is something to be avoided!
