Switch to a generic sans-serif font

I finally got around to making something that can convert a regular font to NFTR (this) so, as I've been meaning to for a while, this changes this to not use the Pokémon G5 font as that doesn't make sense here ;P

Changes:

• Changes font to one generated from 'Sans-Serif'
  • I can change this to be based on another font if someone's got a suggestion
• Fixes the file browse not accounting for the scroll when touching something
• I guess I never PR'd argv so that's in this too

I actually love this idea, sad to see there is almost no activity in this repo though
