I have a list of 210 roms. But for some reason, it only shows 63 of them (up to the letter F).
More info: I'm using a Fat32 formatted 120Gb SD card on a New Nintendo 3DS XL.

I've made some more progress on the new ui. Directory browsing works (currently max 64 entries (dirs + gba files) in a folder), as well as loading games and saves. I'm gonna remove all old shitty and now redundant code first and make a commit without saving.
Oh OK I didn't know about that thread on gbatemp. Anyways, the issue is still there in the latest version. I'll leave this as a reminder anyway.

Ok, so I came up with a work around. I put my roms in different folders A-F, F-L, and M-Z. That way I can actually see all of the roms by going into different folders and can test them to see which ones work and which ones don't.
Kind of annoying and frustrating but it's the only way right now since it will not show the full list and this issue is still the same.
If you use TWiLight Menu++ to start GBARunner2, you can now launch roms from TWiLight Menu++ since this commit of GBARunner2, be sure to update TWiLight Menu++ to 11.2.0 as well.
Edit: if only 39/40 roms are shown, press the R button to go to the next page in TWiLight Menu++
Oh wow, very nice! I'll be sure to update twilight menu. Twilight menu works great for DS games, now i can use it for GBA as well.
Still can only see 63 ROMs. I am running on a DS Lite Flashcard (GBA slot is broken) and would really like a pagination feature to show more than 63 files in a folder.
