Expected, the way GBARunner2 handles audio makes it impossible to sync the FIFO channels correctly.

Also, GBARunner2 has been deprecated in favor of GBARunner3, which is actively developed and has surpassed its predecessor in many ways, but is still an alpha currently on it's testing stage.
