Default views/parts visible upon startup

Need to rethink if the current views that are shown by default upon application startup are ok.

Should the console view be shown by default? Where should the information part live? Is it confusing to have an information part and a browser part separately, when they basically perform the same function? Is the initial view of the application too busy/complicated?
