Make `landsat:wrs_path` and `landsat:wrs_row` metadata searchable in Landsat C3 ARD

Although we are currently able to search by region_code in Landsat C3 ARD, this makes it difficult to search for data acquired along an entire Landsat path or row. It would be useful if the landsat:wrs_path and landsat:wrs_row metadata were made searchable in Landsat C3 ARD and all derived products.
