updated Taiwan entry to Unicode CLDR standards
Removed all mentions of "Province of China" from Taiwan's entry.
Reasoning:
Taiwan's status as a country may be controversial due to China's "loud interference" in this matter, but factually speaking it is not a province of China, but rather a politically distinct entity with its own governement, president and territory that is not controlled or assigned by or subservient to any national apparatus of China.
If the above statement still seem controversial, might I refer to the more neutral Unicode CLDR (more neutral compared to ISO)? Notably in this section, Taiwan is referred to as, well, "Taiwan".
Hi, thank you and sorry, probably its my mistake initially... It is hard to check everything by myself, I will merge it as soon as possible! From Ukraine with love.
