Allow user to blacklist items for auto-pickup

Feature description Users should be able to define items that should not be picked up by the full inventory item collector.

Would like this - currently for example it's set in the config that you can't put shulkers in the backpack but you still pick them up with the auto-pickup permission on and a full inventory (same for items in the blacklist)
