How to get backpack?

I have the plugin installed on my server, but how do I get the backpack in-game?

I have the same problem, most of the time player has it all the time. But this one player doesn’t have it and I can’t figure out how to give it to them.

I think it’s because I have separate inventory for creative and survival and they where in creative and now there survival inventory doesn’t have it.
