[Request]: Stop timeline streaming when the window is hidden.

Describe the request

I use the Work in background option in Tuba. I wish that when I close(hide) the window, the timeline streaming would stop to preserve the phone's battery life.

I'll probably implement this issue until we have a proper unifiedpush glib library (someone was working on it but if it has been abandoned, I'll probably write one)
