Mastodon quote support

Describe the request

It's really in the works, https://github.com/mastodon/mastodon/pull/36315 just added Quote into a drop-down menu too!

I'll see if I can sneak mastoquote support on the advanced boost dialog in a patch release, but unfortunately the full support (composer, user settings, quote states) will have to wait until the next minor release :(
