Is it possible to get Command-line build for windows?

It was super useful command-line interface for people who does not know how to build C++ applications: https://github.com/GeometryCollective/boundary-first-flattening

I am having trouble compiling on windows. It would be amazing if there's windows compiled version. Or some help compiling for windows.
