Crap -- that's the 2nd to latest version! Maybe we can allow a later snapshot of STP (hopefully they've fixed this)

OK, I did an update to the external makefile config to get a later version (commit) of STP from Github
Hold on -- now it looks like STP is split into two projects, which one or both we need? I dunno
