Need to make it so GeoRaster can load a non-georeference TIFF file

Things to consider:

• [ ] Allow users to move GeoTIFF to another location on the map
• [ ] Auto-warp after each control point is placed (and don't wait till the end)
• [ ] Easily change transparency (with few or only one mouse click)
• [ ] Re-warp original image based on new control points (save original in memory)
• [ ] Clipping by polygon / footprinting / assigning polygonal bounds for a geotiff values
• [ ] Clip out part of GeoTIFF that you want to save possibly by drawing a polygon around the parts that you want to keep
• [ ] Search box with an ability to draw a search extent
