Describe the solution you'd like

• Create Advanced Settings tool, which includes option to change the resolution
• URL param to adjust resolution like https://app.geotiff.io?resolution=128

Describe alternatives you've considered

Maybe a tool that only is used to adjust resolution, but there could be too many tools if we have one for each advanced setting.
