Web folder missing?

Nice work with the library, love the mission of the project!

Currently looking for some examples to get started exploring the library. I found https://github.com/GeoTIFF/geoblaze/blob/master/test-app.js but it seems to reference a web/ folder that is not included in the repo?

My apologies, we had recently gone through a large-ish refactor which resulted in the removal of this directory. I will clean up the unused reference and let you know when we have examples available.
