Identification panel: add the capacity to change the size of the identification panel

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When I render html content in the identification panel, i am sometimes limited because of the width of the identification panel.

Describe the solution you'd like Add a variable in settings.py to allow admin to change the default width of the identification panel Give the user the possibility of resizing the identification panel from the interface (this parameter is not persistent after page reloads)
