geoserver http://localhost:8080/geoserver/ error

Hello, I installed geonode-3.1 according to the link "https://docs.geonode.org/en/master/install/advanced/core/index.html#windows", the installation was successful, I can visit localhost:8000, but localhost :8080/geoserver access failed.

ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

I've tried many ways, but all of them are for the error that occurs when geoserver is installed alone.
