Expected Behavior

Harvest successfully the external layer resource

Actual Behavior

Throws error message:

1. Add https://wms.gis-gr.eu/gisgr/service as harvestable external WMS resource
2. Harvest WMS layer GR/Wind_farms_installed_capacity_31122013/Wind_farms_installed_capacity_31122013
