Quickly toggle off timeseries for layer

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When Has Time? is checked for a layer in meta data, it becomes harder to just view the data without having to toggle the time series. For example when viewing the attribute table for the layer it defaults to only showing one feature in the map but the all the data in shown in the table.

Describe the solution you'd like Without having to update the metadata back and forth to toggle Has Time? A useful feature would be to have the ability to toggle off the timeseries and just view all the data when viewing the layer in a map.

Describe alternatives you've considered Setting the Has Time? on and off in the metadata but this is cumbersome.

Additional context having a default time when viewing the attribute data makes it hard to visualize any filter set since it doesnt match what is displayed.
